- Payments. When payment features are enabled, our payment partners may process transaction details; we typically receive limited information such as payment status and references—not your full card number—depending on the provider.
- Partners and agents. For delivery partners, we may collect verification details, vehicle or availability information, earnings-related data, and operational logs needed to assign and complete jobs.
- Technical and security data. IP address, device type, browser or app version, diagnostic logs, and similar data used to secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Support and disputes. Information you provide when you contact us or when we handle safety issues, complaints, or disputes connected to an order.
How we use information
- Create and manage accounts; verify identity via OTP or similar methods.
- Accept, assign, track, and complete deliveries; share necessary order details with the assigned partner.
- Calculate fares or estimates, show ETAs, and send status updates (including push or SMS where enabled).
- Process payments and payouts where those features are available.
- Maintain platform safety, detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law.
- Improve the Service, fix bugs, and understand aggregate usage trends.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage strong device security and careful sharing of OTPs and account access.
